It is a Hydraulic Museum situated in the building of the old mill of the 24 piedras stones, next to the River Segura, which replaced the mills of Batán and Las coronas.

It has various millstones with all their machinery and tools that were used to grind grain. It also has halls for seasonal exhibitions.
