Trekking lovers will find perfectly marked routes in the area, like the ascent to Cabo Cope, to the Castle of San juan, or the journey to isla del Fraile Playa amarilla of great interest.

As we leave Aguilas towards Almería we encounter Cuatro Calas Conservation Area. Here we suggest the visit to the beaches of la Higuerica and la Carolina. In the latter it is possible to walk along the rocky cliffs, where erosion has outlined some areas of great beauty.

There lie some of the most peculiar volcanic outcrops in the Region. It we leave Aguilas in the opposite direction we find Calabardina before reaching Cabo Cope.
