Mazarron Coast

The seaboard around Mazarrón provides an optimum environment for swimming or maybe for long strolls along the shore. With the advantage of its 300 days of sunshine a year and a mean temperature of 20º c mazarrón boasts of beautiful spots along its 35 kms of coastline.

Beaches like Reya, bahía, Nares or el Castellar are ideal for the practice of all kind of watersports such as sailing, windsurfing and there are unspoilt coves like cala amarilla, playa de la Grua, Parazuelos, Covaticas, Ballenato, Percheles or Puntas de Calnegre.

 

The rocky seabed with its peculiar underwater colonies makes Mazarrón a place of particular interest for diving and marine potholing. Mazarrón is altogether an important tourist resort well endowed with hotels, sports facilities and other services.
